Welcome to Panhandle Independent School District!  My name is Eric Wilson and I am beginning my 2nd year as the junior high principal in Panhandle, Texas.  This is starting my 35th year overall in Texas public schools.  I have had numerous roles throughout my career and keep looking for the next challenge. 

My wife Kelly and I have been married for 33 years and are blessed with two wonderful and grown children.  We also have 3 grandsons and a fabulous daughter-in-law to complete the family.

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in education from Southwest Texas State University, now known as Texas State University.  I completed my master's at Baylor University and the principal’s and superintendent’s endorsement from the University of Texas @ Tyler.  I feel that education is a lifelong process and we never stop learning.
