Angela Clay
Welcome to another great year at Panhandle ISD. I am so glad to be here and have the opportunity to care for the students of Panhandle ISD.

Attached you will find the school medication form. This form must be completed and filed in my office for any medication your student takes while at school. ALL medications for students will be kept in my office and must be brought to school in their original container. If your student needs medication while at school, please complete one of the attached forms completely and bring to school with the medication.

Vision and Hearing screenings will be done the first six weeks of school for all Pre K, K, 1, 3, 5, 7, and all new students. If you feel your student needs screenings please contact me and I will make sure it is done.

Wellness Wednesday will be the first Wednesday of each month for elementary students. Please come walk with your student during their PE time.

The health fair for Panhandle, sponsored by PISD and Panhandle Medical Clinic will be on Wednesday, October 24 from 10am – 3pm at St. Theresa Parish Hall. Several free screening and the blood bank will be available.
